Experience      :        Minimum of 8 years post qualification experience working on medium to    large-scale urban or suburban housing design and master planning projects.
 
Qualification    :          Graduation/ Post Graduation in Urban Design or equivalent subject with Architectural background.The position necessitates the capacity to work on large-scale urban design and master planning projects of varying complexity from idea to detailed design, to create communities, accommodate growth, or revitalize physical facilities in towns, cities, and counties. This work will cover a variety of sectors, including residential, mixed-use, and urban regeneration projects.
 
Responsibilities
 

• Leading in the production of high-quality urban design and master planning projects.
• Support in the preparation of technical bids and fee proposals for master planning and urban design projects and other major infrastructure projects where appropriate.
• Project management of master planning projects involving multi-disciplinary teams.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, attending meetings, workshops, and seminars.
• Develop and implement standard specifications for construction finishes.
• Create three-dimensional visualizations that include construction elements such as walls or roofs.

• Imagine, research, and confidently present design solutions for medium to large-scale masterplans.
• Produce 3D and 2D modeling and technical drawings (plan, sections, and elevations).

Rebar detailer are to create reinforcement shop drawings using CADS RC or another computer-aided design program to describe the specifications for rebar or other steel construction materials in a project. As a rebar detailer, you develop shop drawings, which indicate what types of rebar or structural reinforcements are necessary for a project, whether it is a building construction project or sets of prefabricated components. The drawings include detailed rebar shapes and explanations of how the builders plan to use rebar.
 
 
Responsibilities
 

• Produce rebar drawings that conform to industry and company standards for various structures.
• Produce accurate and detailed lists of materials for shop fabrication.
• Assist with the research of detailing, fabrication and field problems.
• Coordinate with site team and scheduling personnel to schedule material deliveries and placement.

• Excellent portfolio of previous works (Airports, Hotels, commercial buildings etc.)

Experience          :      Minimum 5 years’ experience as Oracle DBA and thorough knowledge of Oracle SQL - DDL, DML & DCL.

Qualification       :  BTech / BE / MCA or similar qualification with relevant experience.
 
Maintaining Oracle Database, Oracle performance tuning, Managing user accounts, Routine backup and cloning, Maintaining DR site, Application Development with Oracle SQL.

Total Experience       :      10 years

Qualification                  :       Any degree from any recognized University. BE or B Tech will be an added advantage

Familiar with Job Safety Analysis, Job Hazard Analysis, Safety Task Assignment, Total Safety Task Instructions. Strong knowledge of safety procedure OSHA and NEBOSH standards. Should have strong in hand experience in initiating Permit to Work system, managing safety aspects in PDO standards. Preferable to have work experience in Oman LNG Project.
